Yoga Finding Ease & Balance

Yoga is a wonderful tool for cultivating resilience and balance in our whole selves.
The Alexander Technique is a mindful approach to the study of movement. It supports you to eliminate unnecessary tension while learning to move in an easier, more efficient and graceful way. Through discovering how your movement habits affect your life, you are supported to develop better movement and posture. Bringing these two disciplines together, you can find greater ease in movement and increased wellbeing.

Mindfulness Meditation for Wellbeing
Thursday 8:00pm - 8:30pm April 19, 26, May 3 & 10

This program aims to introduce participants to mindfulness and restorative practices.
With the practice of mindfulness meditation, brain pathways begin to change. This can lead to a range of benefits including a reduction in the symptoms of stress and reduced muscle tension. In turn this increases our capacity to meet with greater ease the changing and sometimes challenging circumstances of our lives.

Anne is a qualified Yoga and Alexander Technique Teacher and will lead you through 4 weeks of movement explorations.

Please wear loose and comfortable clothing and bring a blanket.
