Donna is a wellness coach who provides practical guidance to organisations and women to help improve wellbeing and productivity.
As a former, self-proclaimed ‘rushing women’ herself, Donna became passionate about wellness when she found herself on the brink of ‘burnout’, and has spent the last 4 years researching, developing and delivering wellness strategies to organisations.
Donna now combines her wellness expertise with her 20 years’ experience as a HR professional in leading organisations including Suncorp, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Endeavour College of Natural Health to assist organisations develop and improve corporate wellness programs aimed at increasing employee engagement and productivity levels. Donna also provides one on one coaching targeted at women aiming to achieve greater wellbeing.
