A four week introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation

Thursday's in March - 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th.

What do you know about mindfulness and meditation? Are you curious about how these practises can grow your mind? Could meditation be the tool to help you calm your senses, create space and help you manage life's up's and down's better?

Each week we will explore simple startegies to assist with anxiety, sleep, stress, positivity and creativity. Providing you with easy to implement daily tools that dont require you to sit cross-legged atop a mountain for days on end!
