Scott Pape

Author of the #1 best-seller The Barefoot Investor - The Only Money Guide You'll Ever Need.

For over a decade, millions of Australians from all walks of life have listened to Scott to learn how to save money, grow their wealth, and become financially independent.

He writes a weekly syndicated column that appears in the Herald Sun, Hobart Mercury and Sunday Telegraph. He is also a radio commentator for Triple M, and a regular contributor to ABC radio.

Unlike many financial ‘experts’, who may not have your best interests at heart, Scott's goal is simple: to help you keep your family safe… by giving you the same simple, fiercely independent financial advice he'd give his own mum.

Arun Abey

Arun Abey

All professional advisers have faced the dilemma that many of their clients seem to abandon logic or rationality. And this is irrespective of educational and intellectual background. During the past decade there has been a revolution in behavioural research, providing us with great insights into how people make decisions. It is being used by firms all around the world in virtually every industry to change the way that they interact with clients.
As a former academic turned professional adviser and strategist, Arun Abey spent 5 years working through the body of behavioural research and translating it into his latest international best-selling book, How Much is Enough?:Making Financial Decisions that Create Wealth and Wellbeing.

Arun believes that this research has the ability to revolutionise professional advice and in this regard he has created his own advisory business, dealing with private clients, providing financial advice, working with dozens of family lawyers in facilitating settlements while also consulting to some of the world’s largest firms on client strategies.

What connects Arun’s diverse activities together is his passion for ideas that help people thrive: to enjoy happier, more meaningful and financially secure lives.

He has presented on the topic of behavioural decision making at major conferences sponsored by Oxford University, ASIC, the US Behavioural Finance Forum, the Singapore Government, the Australian Universities’ International Convention, the Happiness Conference and YPO/WPO internationally. He spoke to an audience over 3,000 people in Sydney at the Mind and its Potential Conference, at which the Dalai Lama was the keynote speaker.

The Australian National University’s College of Business and Economics inducted Arun into its Hall of Fame for meeting its criteria of “Exemplary professional achievement and distinguished contribution to community”.
