It will examine and confront sector trends and challenges, helping our Council to develop a customised local recovery program which addresses post-COVID changes.

Over the coming month the newly established team will meet and explore opportunities with local businesses and industry experts brought in to help devise targeted strategies. The three main objectives of the Taskforce are to:

1. Identify common issues

2. Identify local support strategies

3. Accelerate and provide targeted local assistance.
