But what are the health consequences of this invisible convenience? Generation Zapped investigates the dangers of daily exposure to wireless technologies and suggests ways to reduce overexposure.

Filmtrotter, Pop up films for change

Filmtrotter is a Tasmanian grass-roots decentralized festival that brings pop-up documentary screenings to community organisations to inspire positive change. Each year Filmtrotter curates a selection of films and invites 6+ community-based organisations, schools, local governments, and NFPs, to collaborate with in screenings that will stimulate learning, discussion, and serve as an opportunity to support social and environmental causes and educate about them.

During 2019 you can be a driver of impact in your community by helping bring the film “Generation Zapped” to 6+ towns across Tasmania.

Here’s how it works: If you are willing to spread the word to family, friends, neighbours, NFP members, and co-workers to fill in a small venue, Filmtrotter will organise screening rights, and help with organising venue, bookings, and promotion.

If this sounds like you or someone you know, send your EOI to marisol(at), we would love to hear from you!
