Description
As part of this year's annual Bloom Festival in collaboration with ASW, Fervor will be hosting a 5-course long table degustation based on ingredients from the region, at a secret location overlooking the stunning Stirling Range, held in the Shire of Cranbrook.
Fervor harnesses locally sourced and native ingredients which are presented in a unique long table degustation. Diners will be treated to ingredients such as marron, green ants, crab, youlk, wattleseed, seaweed, wallaby, muntrie berries and many other exciting uniquely Australian ingredients. This is a highly interactive evening and we encourage guests to get up and view the cooking and plating throughout the night, which is done in front of the dining table. This is a special dinner, not to be missed, and we look forward to having you as part of our ever-expanding Fervor family!
$120 pp includes a pre-dinner drink, canapes, and 4 seated courses, petit fours and BYO
