Join us for a sneaky midweek evening of alfresco dining with an exclusive coal grill menu. Under the stars (fairy lights are close enough, right?) discover the flavours that can be extracted from some of our chef’s favourite dishes cooking them over maple and oak coals. Cooking food on the grill gives us a piece of culinary history and this is why we know how to combine our Australian culture with an Italian made grill. You’ll take a sensory trip with hints of smokey maple and oak coming through. There really is no better way to spend a midweek evening.
Tickets include a glass of wine or Peroni on arrival and set four course menu with each course showcasing an element of cooking styles the chef’s have to offer with the coal grill.
