Carer Gateway would like to invite you to join us for a social connection event at Fernvale.

Being a Carer doesn't often come with a holiday over the festive season. Join Peer Facilitator, Sheila for a cuppa, a chat and some social connection time with other Carers.

Please note: This event is open to residents living in South West Queensland, Australia. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants). Venue details will be confirmed once registration is completed.
