Description

Learn how to make kombucha, cashew cheeses. sauerkraut, kimchi, and coconut yogurt - as well as discussing tips and tricks for home batches. You'll get jars of kimchi and kraut that you've made, and a scoby + starter liquids to make your own kombucha.

We'll also eat some cashew cheeses with lunch - both cultured and fresh, Hungry for Raw's nutseed loaf, cheesecakes and salads. We'll also experience how great sauerkraut is in a burger with homemade chickpea cutlet burgers (these aren't gluten free by the way so let us know if you are!) with kiwifruit and lemon kombucha.

Cost $55 per person including lunch and fermentables to take away.
