Enjoy this unique workshop – learn about the age-old practice of fermenting while reducing food waste!

Fermenting is one of the oldest methods of preserving food and enriches it by the action of bacteria and fungi. It is truly a living food

Come along to this interesting workshop to learn how fermented foods increase the diversity of our internal ecosystem – gut flora – by introducing and feeding a wide range of beneficial organisms. Think about fermenting as packing health into a jar!

Featuring a Q&A session at the end of the presentation, but questions are welcome throughout this live workshop.

You must be a Sutherland Shire resident to attend.

This workshop will be conducted online via Zoom. Registered participants will receive an event link via email.
