Description

Come along and learn the basics of fermenting with foraged plants with Cornersmith’s Jaimee Edwards.

Meet at the ADC gallery and take a walk through Charlotte Haywood’s Green Asylum with motifs of dandelion, plantain plant, farmers friend, rambling dock, mallow and wild fennel. Then join Jaimee Edwards in a practical workshop focusing on the wonderful art of fermentation.

When: Saturday 2 September, 3.00 - 4.00pm
Cost $40pp (15 people max) + booking fee.

Jaimee Edwards - Cornersmith
Jaimee is resident fermenter at Cornersmith picklery in Sydney. Jaimee is a fermented foods evangelist and is passionate about the benefits of fermented foods. Jaimee runs fermentation workshops so others can enjoy the traditional craft of fermentation and the health benefits too.
