Description

Fermented foods provide a way of extending the shelf life of fresh produce, introduces probiotic bacteria to the gut, and makes some harder foods more palatable.

Learn the basics on how to ferment your own homemade products including kimchi, sauerkraut, yoghurt and kombucha.

This workshop will provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to go home and make your own healthy fermented foods and drinks.

It will be fun packed, informative, hands on and very practical.

Morning tea will be provided.
