In this practical hands-on workshop, May-Ring will share her knowledge on fermentation and show how to make sauerkraut (the foundation for all other ferments). You will get to make and take away your own jar of sauerkraut.
May-Ring will also bring along a range of ferments she has made herself.
This is a hands-on workshop so you will need to bring a few things with you:
1kg of cabbage (red or green or white), or Chinese cabbage;
1.5 liter glass jar;
Large bowl for mixing;
Chopping board; and
Cost: $10 (to help cover cost of venue, facilitator, and other ingredients)
