Fermented Veg Workshop - 7 May 2017

In this introductory workshop you will learn everything you need to know to make your own Fermented Veggies! The workshop includes a lot of variety as well as tasting of the ferments. We cover all the basics in an interesting and fun class. You will get an instructions/recipe handout and lots of opportunities to ask questions. Fermented Veggies are incredibly health giving, gut healing, nutrient and mineral rich, digestible, flavourful and absolutely delicious! During the workshop you will learn to make: Traditional Ferments (e.g. sauerkraut & kimchi), Brined Ferments (e.g. dilly cucumbers), Interesting and Diverse Ferments (lots of variety), Large batches & small jars, and Do's & Dont's, plus What can go wrong and how to fix it.

What's the refund policy?
Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to a friend or colleague.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, we aim to minimise paperwork. We will be checking our list at the door so keep your ticket confirmation on your phone as a backup.
