Join popular national trainer Tim McNeilly as you taste and learn how to make your own special fermented drinks from around the world.

This unique class covers:
* Kombucha,
* Water and Coconut Kefir,
* Coconut Kefir Yoghurt,
* Pear and Apple Ciders,
* Turmeric/Honey Ferment,
* Ginger Ferment, and
* Kvass.

You will take home cultures (Water Kefir Grains and Kombucha Scoby) as well as comprehensive notes and references to get you going.

Tim will also cover the origins and health benefits of fermented foods.

Save $10 per ticket: Bring a friend or two OR sign up for this and the Fermented Foods class (Saturday or Sunday afternoon) and you will save $10 off each ticket.

Tim is passionate about people taking-charge of their health and of the power of fermented foods & drinks to help. During fermenting workshops held all around Australia, he has taught hundreds of people about the amazing health benefits of fermented foods.
