Alex Macznik, PhD is a weightlifting coach, researcher, and the founder of Evidence Strong, a platform dedicated to translating sports science into practical coaching insights for Olympic weightlifting and strength sports.

Alex has spent years working at the intersection of research and real-world training. Through Evidence Strong, she regularly interviews leading researchers, clinicians, and coaches from around the world.

Alex’s goal with this webinar is simple: to help lifters and coaches feel more confident navigating female-specific topics by clearly separating what we know, what we don’t yet know, and how to apply research sensibly in training.
