The CLIMATE & PEACE FORUM brings you world leading voices in climate and peace. Through engagement with concerned individuals we promote climate action to increase advocacy within government and corporate community; to raise awareness of NGOs, Rotary and individuals; to identify and promote activities and to establish partnerships. We look forward to you joining us.

The Forum is an initiative of the Rotary Club of Sydney Cove, supported by the Rotary Clubs of Sydney, Darling Harbour and Corrimal. The quarterly event is initiated by Rotarians for everyone.

Marian Wilkinson, Multi award-winning international Journalist and author, most recently of The Carbon Club, who will speak on the US influence on Australia’s Climate policies and how this might change.
Michael E. Mann, Distinguished Professor of Atmospheric Science at Penn State University, shared the Nobel Prize with other IPCC authors in 2007 and among many other acknowledgements, in 2020 he was elected to the US National Academy of Sciences. Michael will focus on the big changes now emerging in US Climate policies.
Maxine Burkett, Professor of Law at the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii and an international expert on the law and policy of climate change – who will talk of the need to recognise climate justice and equity in all our decisions for the future.
