Join us on Maroubra Beach, water’s edge just south of the famous cube as the sunrises at 6:20am for a beautiful soul connection with Mother Nature.

Breathe in the healing light, support the rising collective light and offer deep gratitude to Mother Earth and all the elements.

Join us post- meditation for a purifying and invigorating swim or grab a coffee after if you have time.

I will lead a channelled meditation that is vibrational and energetic in nature.

The moon will be waning in Scorpio so its a time to dive deep, listen inwards and really honour your soul essence. Scorpio is a powerful sign and encourages us to honour our true self and live with a free heart.

This is a beautiful way to reconnect with yourself, your soul and Mother Nature.
