Union Bank Wine Bar, Heifer Station and Southern Cross Austereo are partnering for Orange F.O.O.D Week 2017 to present the second annual Feast For Farmers.
Feast For Farmers is a drought relief fundraising lunch aiming to provide much needed assistance and support to farmers and food producers in NSW who have been affected by drought. Monies raised will be donated to the Commonwealth Bank ‘We’re for the Bush’ drought appeal at the request of the NSW Farmers Association.
The event will be held at Heifer Station, with a banquet lunch prepared by Union Bank Wine Bar and wine courtesy of Heifer Station. Musical entertainment will be provided and a live auction held.
Proceeds from the live auction, and a portion of all ticket sales, will comprise the total donation amount to the ‘We’re For the Bush’ drought appeal. In 2016 we raised $20,000 for this very worthy cause, so please dig deep in 2017 and help us help farmers in need!
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes. Feast For Farmers is an 18+ event only. Tickets must not be purchased for minors and they will be refused entry to the event.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Your ticket includes return bus transport from The Union Bank Wine Bar (84 Byng Street, Orange, NSW). However, if you wish to drive yourself or arrange alternative transport there is some parking available at Heifer Station.
What can I bring into the event?
A good attitude and a generous spirit! Last year's live auction and raffle was the highlight of the day, with funds raised exceeding all expectations. Competition is fierce, and we will accept cheque or credit/EFTPOS payment for auction items and raffle tickets so please come prepared!
