About this Event

Learn how stress and the nervous system impact your fatigue levels, plus the advice Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Stuart Keene (AEP) gives his clients about improving their energy.

This masterclass is presented by Stuart Keene and hosted by Teacher Wellbeing Coach, Ellen Ronalds Keene, founder of Self-Care for Teachers and host of the Teacher Wellbeing podcast.

In this masterclass, you will learn:

- what the research tells us about teachers and stress

- the relationship between stress, the nervous system and energy

- teachers as cognitive athletes and how that impacts the way you support your nervous system

- the impact of stress hormones on fatigue

- simple strategies to help manage your stress, support your nervous system and manage and mitigate fatigue

This is masterclass 3 of a series on Fatigue Resilience and the focus is on stress, the nervous system and fatigue levels to help teachers will wellbeing and resilience.

The focus of Masterclass 1 was HRV and exercise for fatigue monitoring and measurement.
