Its the time of year when we celebrate life and love with friends and family, so here's a great opportunity to learn to make an amazing spread of fancy festive food that puts a vegan twists on traditional festive dishes and will undoubtably knock the christmas stockings off your guests as well as promote peace on earth for all creatures :-)

In this totally hands-on 2.5 hour event we will learn how to use plants to
create four scrumptious dishes that are fun to make. This class is excellent both for beginner cooks and the more experienced foodies wanting to add new dishes to their repertoire. The class will conclude with a relaxed social lunch to try out your creations! You'll even get to take home your seitan roulade, ready for your festive lunch or dinner!

Cooking benches are shared between two. Fly solo and we'll match you up with a cooking buddy, or book in with a friend, spouse or partner and get a discount on your tickets!

About The Chef:
Pepe Marshall


Our chef for ths class will be the wonderful Pepe Marshall!
Pepe is a plant based chef who runs a catering company in Sydney called Food by Pepe. Originally trained as a classical chef, Pepe more recently has adapted her skills to working solely as a plant-based chef. Having run a successful vegan sushi restaurant she now focuses on compassionate catering, demonstrating that vegan food is both creative and delicious.
