Bring the family to Logan Art Gallery for a hands-on workshop celebrating recycling plastics and repurposing used bottles.
Join Aboriginal artist Aunty Shirley Yumala Collins in this creative workshop where participants will learn how to recycle and repurpose clear plastic bottles to make jelly fish and transform a 3 litre milk bottle into an elephant sculpture.
These fun and meaningful activities highlight the importance of sustainability and caring for Country.
OPTIONAL : Feel free to join Aunty Shirley at 2pm for an informative artists’ talk through her exhibition Grandmothers on display in the gallery.
