Family Violence Awareness - Free Community Information (RUTHERGLEN)

The training provided by Women’s Health Goulburn North East aims to improve responses to women and their children who are experiencing family violence.
This session is for workers in mainstream services, organisations and other groups who may encounter and work with people who experience family violence.
This training covers the forms and underlying causes of family violence.
The program explores ways of responding, referral pathways and includes concepts of language and resistance.
This session forms part of an initiative to support community and is free to registered Adult Allies and Community/Group Members. Additional tickets are available to businesses and service providers at a discounted cost of $30 (+GST) per head to encourage community resilience and youth engagement. Tickets and a tax invoice can be arranged by contacting NELLEN.
