  • Section 60D of the Family Law Act – how often do family law legal practitioners heed this section?
  • Correspondence between the parties/legal practitioners in parenting disputes – “don’t put anything in writing that you don’t want to see on the front page of the Herald”
  • Step-parents – “the good, the bad and the ugly”
  • What can be done to improve the outcome for clients (and their children) in parenting matters
