Falun Dafa, (also known as Falun Gong) not only greatly improves physical health and increases energy and vitality—it also relieves stress and anxiety, and promotes spiritual growth. Falun Dafa has benefited millions in more than 100 countries.
Falun Dafa is a traditional high-level qigong practice that was spread to the public from China since 1999. One cultivates the heart in following the universal characteristics of Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance (Zhen Shan Ren) and also practices five gentle, slow, easy to learn exercises, one of which is a sitting meditation.
Falun Dafa puts emphasis on developing a kind heart, a righteous mind, and harmonious relationships. This practice improves physical health, relieves stress, develops self-restraint in conflicts, and brings inner peace and wisdom.
Falun Dafa activities are always free of charge.
1. The exercises can be practiced individually or with a group (free instructions here).
2. The Falun Dafa teachings of Mr. Li Hongzhi (the founder/teacher) are published in a book Zhuan Falun.

On Sunday mornings, we practise the five exercises of Falun Dafa together. No experience required, all ages welcome.
