Facilitating quality workplace-based practice supervision: Interprofessional training and peer review - Helen Wozniak and Narelle Campbell
This session will showcase the development of our accessible suite of flexible professional development resources for promoting quality workplace supervision of learners. During the past 4 years Narelle and Helen have designed a range of professional development strategies to address the isolation of geographically-remote supervisors. The suite includes evidence-based guides, templates and videos, using peer, paper-based, live and webinar-delivered short training activities that have been delivered in the Northern Territory, nationally and internationally. This session will focus on outlining their peer review resources that aim to bridge the theory-practice gap between workshop-type training and the workplace-based context of supervision.
This session is video-conference enabled.
