This month’s EXPRESSWAY™ topic is:

BASIC INSTINCT: Your Leadership, Your Business

Keynote Speaker

John Hale

John will run a very interactive session! Basic Instinct: A Leadership Conversation that Matters

Join in for an entertaining conversation and master your understanding of both your dominant instinctual type and the impact your personality has in the workplace.

Every business needs people with three basic instincts, who ask

  1. How are we going?

  2. Where are we going?
  1. Who are we with?

We have all three instincts from birth, however in infancy, one instinct starts to dominate. In time, people drive the strongest aspect of their personality through their dominant instinct, in an unconscious way. Left unchecked, this hampers organisational effectiveness. Knowing our dominant instinct allows us to create a new space for the other two instincts and helps us reduce myopic leadership, raise organisational health and embrace the diversity necessary for successful and sustainable performance.

You will discover

  1. Why proto-analysis offers us a pathway to Conscious Leadership.

  2. Which Basic Instinct distorts your view and how to overcome it.

  3. Nine Deadly Sins that left unchecked can wreak havoc in our business and lives.

John Hale from Hale Consulting Group (www.halecg.com) has built his career advising businesses on strategy. As a Strategic Advisor, Speaker, Executive Coach and University Professor teaching EMBA and MBA students, he has a unique perspective on strategy development. John delivers talks and facilitates workshops for Business Owners, Boards and CEOs to shape value driven strategies and lasting leadership performance improvements.
