Looking for training and skills that allow you to make money?
Interested in casual work?
There is also potentially an opportunity to work as part of a team to cater for events using our trailer where you guys get to keep the money you make?
City of Salisbury through Twelve25 Salisbury Youth Enterprirse Centre is developing a new social enterprise called "Pizza Gioventu" (means Pizza Youth).
The goal is to work with young people living in the City of Salisbury who are unemployed (for more than 3 months) to develop the skills and abilities to become a customer service team member for our equiped wood fired Pizza trailer.
The model is a social enterprise model where young people are either casually employed or operate the trailer as part of a small team and keep what they earn less a small fee for hire of the van. Work hard and you can earn good money.

Criteria of the people we are looking for are :-
* Resident of City of Salisbury
* Aged 17 - 25 years
* Have a drivers licence on P's at least,
* Physically fit and capable - able to stand for extended periods
* Presentable and Attitude suitable for a customer service role
* Ability and willingness to learn and aim for high quality catering expectations
* Ability to handle money
* Likes hospitality industry and working outside
* Willing to work at weekends
* Honest, reliable, good personal hygine
* Available for training during June.
The training program is low cost. Training will occur periodically throughout the year. A training space will be offered to about 10 people.
Satisfactory completion of the training program will result in the ability to apply to become a registered casual and 'approved operator' of the enterprise. It is anticipated that we will seek 10 approved operators that can work a roster.
