A seven week journey to stillness
Deep down so many of us know that a regular meditation practice will help us deal with the stresses of our busy lives. Yet many people believe that meditation is something they can’t do.
This course offers participants an opportunity to explore a range of exercises that act as a pathway to a meditative state. You will learn how and why these techniques work and experience the benefits for yourself.
These skills will help you to slip into a place where time slows, tensions dissolve and the chatter of the mind can soften. By regularly visiting this quiet space we can find peace of mind, clarity of thought, emotional stability and physical wellbeing.
The exercises taught are just as powerful for beginners as they are for those wanting to deepen an already established practice.
The sessions will take place in the tranquil setting of Sea Yoga Torquay over seven consecutive Wednesday evenings from 7:30-8:30pm beginning August 4th. Class sizes are kept small to ensure a unique, personal and supportive experience.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking in Aurora Crescent or Spring Creek Reserve.

What can/can't I bring to the event?
Bolsters and blankets are provided but you may wish to bring your own cushion and blanket.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Once purchased, tickets are non refundable and cannot be used for any other class or event. Tickets may be transferred to another student prior to course commencement with permission from organiser. Tickets cannot be shared.
