QEC presents the 2022 Exploring for the Future Tech Summit

Registrations are now open for this popular and well regarded full day conference. Designed for exploration professionals specialising in technical roles, it provides a platform for the sharing of the latest information and technology in the exploration field, featuring a wide selection of highly regarded exploration industry experts. After the day of presentations, a casual networking session is held for the exploration community to ‘catch-up’ with old friends and new.

There will be morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea served between each session.

Program:

We are currently finalising the conference program which will be released next month. It will include a wide range of highly regarded industry, government and exploration professionals and academics who will share their valuable insights talking to the event theme of “Exploring for the Future”.  

Speakers: 

Attendees can expect to hear industry updates from hydrogen, ESG and automation experts, a session on how to make it in the resources sector and project work on emerging technologies for ever deep exploration. The role of Qld’s critical minerals in the development of global renewable technologies will also be a hot topic.

Date and venue:

The forum will be held at The Westin Brisbane on Wednesday 17 August 2022, from approximately 8:30am (registrations open, for 9am start) to 6:00pm (conclusion of networking session). 

Ticket prices:

QEC and QRC members: $95 + GST

Non-members: $125 + GST

Retirees and concession: $60 + GST

Students: $25 +GST
