Speakers:

1.  Rich Harvey, Managing Director and President REBAA 

 

Rich is the CEO of propertybuyer.com.au, a buyers’ agent, property investor and professional economist with over 20 years’ experience in the property industry.  Rich is also the President of REBAA (Real Estate Buyers’ Agent Association) and serves on a voluntary basis to improve ethics and standards in the real estate industry. He is a research expert and highly skilled in investment analysis and negotiation techniques that can deliver real savings for his clients. Rich and his team have purchased almost 3000 properties for their clients.  As Australia’s leading Buyers Agent, Rich has won 32 major awards including the prestigious National Telstra Business award and also named the winner "Best Buyers Agent in Australia" by the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA).

 

2.  David Hoar, from Home Loans Newcastle

 

David Hoaris a Finance Lending Expert based in Newcastle with clients across the East Coast (Brisbane, Coffs Harbour, Newcastle, Sydney, Dubbo, Canberra, Melbourne, Hobart and Ballarat).  David works with property owners to leverage their equity to increase wealth, and with First Home Buyers to ensure they have the right loan in place.  Through a structured approach Home Loans Newcastle regularly helps clients save thousands of dollars every year on their current repayments.

David is a qualified Accountant, has a Graduate Diploma in Taxation, a Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Management, a CPA Certificate in Financial Planning, a Certificate in Real Estate and a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking.  He has over 20 years’ experience in property, finance and marketing.

   

3.  Alicia Floyer from Next Legal and Conveyancing 

          

Alicia completed her studies in 2016 at the University of New England attaining degrees in law and criminology. She then completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law.

Alicia commenced her professional legal career at a busy general practice where she quickly became the managing solicitor of her team. Alicia then moved to another Firm to establish a property law and estate planning department which expanded rapidly.

In 2018, Alicia joined forces with a former employer Michael Pauling and has created Next Legal and Conveyancing. Alicia has established a practice built primarily on referrals from aligned professionals and repeat clientele.   

Alicia is a born and bred Novocastrian and has a passion for meeting the legal needs of her clients all over the world. Alicia prides herself on outstanding client testimonials which is the backbone of her rapidly expanding Firm.
