Overview
Join us for an immersive online experience of Yoga Nidra on Friday 16th January 2026 at 8.00 am - 9.00 am GMT+0800 (Australian Western Standard Time).
"I release all fears and embrace my inner strength, knowing I am capable and courageous."
How does this sound as your resolve? This is the Sankalpa, the deep resolve we will plant and nourish together in this special extended Yoga Nidra session.
Unwind, Reset, and Realign - Join a Deep Immersion into Yoga Nidra
What Makes This Yoga Nidra Experience Unique?
This is not a typical class. It is a guided journey inward designed to help you release held tension, subconscious fears, and emotional fatigue, while gently awakening the courage and capacity that already lives within you.
In this unique 60-minute session, we will:
- Repeat the full Yoga Nidra practice twice, deepening the effect with each round
- Anchor the Sankalpa of inner strength and courage into the subtle layers of mind
- Leave you feeling clear, grounded, empowered, and more connected to your own inner resilience
No experience with Yoga Nidra is required. This session is open to all, beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Why Repeat Yoga Nidra Twice?
The first round of practice helps release surface tension and prepare the body-mind for deeper receptivity.
The second round allows the Sankalpa to penetrate more fully, often leading to profound emotional and energetic integration.
It’s a rare and deeply supportive experience.
You’ll emerge feeling:
- Deeply rested
- Emotionally lighter
- Mentally clearer
- More connected to your purpose and Sankalpa
Whether you're new to Yoga Nidra or returning to deepen your practice, this immersion meets you where you are and gently takes you further.
What you’ll experience
- A guided journey into deep rest and reconnection
- Intention-led meditation with the Sankalpa of the day
- Two or three rounds of yoga nidra
Who Is This For?

- You're seeking a safe, supportive way to reconnect to your inner self

Preparing for yoga Nidra
- Prepare blankets, yoga mat, or other comfortable surface to sit or lie on. For Yoga Nidra to be successful, you must be comfortable.
- Prefer to use loose clothing so you are comfortable.
- Make the room as quiet as you can. Make arrangements so that you are not disturbed during the time of yoga nidra. Your phone away from you or in aeroplane mode will be good, so you are not disturbed during a deep meditative state.
- Lie flat on your back with arms stretched out by your sides (preferred way of doing but can be done in any comfortable position if that is not possible) You’ve the option of sitting comfortably or lying down. We will assume you are lying down but adjust your position to sitting comfortably, with back straight e.g. when doing in an office environment.
- Start listening and follow the instructions.
