DeMonstrable is an event set to commemorate, respond to, and reflect on the multifaceted cultural and scientific impact of the Earmouse. New work commissioned for this exhibition is presented together with 20 years of artistic, scientific, and popular culture responses to the Earmouse.
This exhibition is presented with the assistance of the Australia Council for the Arts and The Western Australian Department of Culture and the Arts.
Featured artwork: Earmouse, photo by Oron Catts.
This event is accompanied by the opening of OBJECT LESSONS III: Pattern Recognition, curated by Gemma Weston. If you have registered for DeMonstrable, there is no need to also register for Pattern Recognition. A registration page for Pattern Recognition only can be found here.
