Overview

Review a helpful framework for exercise prescription during active cancer treatment.

Cancer treatment cycles often bring periods of heightened side effects — such as fatigue and nausea — which can impact exercise adherence and the ability to achieve the benefits of exercise during active treatment.

In this session, Our Oncology Clinical Team Lead Caitlin, will unpack how exercise can be timed and adjusted around treatment cycles, with practical strategies for individualising programs based on different treatment types and cycle frequencies.

She’ll also share real patient case examples and how she structured exercise plans during chemotherapy — even in the face of significant side effects.

Completing this webinar will entitle you to 1.5 CPD pts with the completion of the ESSA self-assessment tool.
