Beyond Blue's CEO, Georgie Harman - organisational leadership

Anglicare Victoria's Head of Technology, Dean Mills - technology leadership

Employment Hero's Chief People Officer, Alex Hattingh - People and Culture

Panelists will discuss what they've learnt from COVID-19 from a technology and people perspective and how they're planning for the transition back to the new hybrid workplace.

Hosted by Dog and Bone's CEO, Dan McKinley, the panel will be chaired by our Principal consultant, Matt Walton.

Georgie Harman, CEO of Beyond Blue since 2014, has drawn on her extensive experience in mental health reform to lead a significant expansion of Beyond Blue’s service innovation, suicide prevention and digital solutions. Previously as founding deputy CEO of the National Mental Health Commission and before that as a senior executive at the Commonwealth Department of Health she has driven major strategic innovations in Australia’s health policies including the introduction of plain packaging of tobacco products in Australia – a world first.

Dean Mills, Head of Technology at Anglicare Victoria, is a highly capable and experienced IT Executive who has designed and led transformational programs of work in accordance with organisational strategy. Highly skilled in the influencing of Board, Executive Leaders, Senior Management in the establishment of approach, support, organisational change management and benefit realisation across commercial and Not for Profit organisations.

Alex Hattingh, Chief People Officer at Employment Hero is a self-professed passionate people geek, who loves partnering with leadership to grow an awesome culture and employee experience. As a seasoned People and Culture professional with 20 years of experience, she derives energy and passion from nurturing  employee success. Alex spent 10 years in NYC working for Monster.com and Yahoo! before relocating to Singapore to work for Google overseeing People for APAC.

Matt Walton, Principal Consultant at Dog and Bone Consulting specialising in Communications, IT Strategy, Microsoft Sharepoint, Office 365, Azure, Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Innovation, Digital Transformation, CIO, Practice Leadership, Project Management, Agile and experience within the NFP sector.
