Executive DEIB Roundtable: Leading Inclusive Change

Join us on Friday, 25 September 2026, from 5:30 PM for an exclusive evening of meaningful dialogue and connection at our Roundtable Discussion on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB).

This event will bring together professionals from a variety of industries and backgrounds to explore the evolving landscape of DEIB in the workplace. The conversation around diversity and inclusion has never been more important.

This event will be facilitated by Nora Fraser (She/Her), founder of The Multicultural Professional Network. Nora is a distinguished Global People & Culture Leader with extensive experience across both private and public sectors. She has implemented key diversity and inclusion programmes for leading organisations in Australia, Europe, and the UK. Known for her ability to connect, influence, and inspire, Nora brings a compelling vision and the courage to challenge the status quo.

Beyond her work with The MPN, she actively supports diversity and inclusion-focused organisations and mentors emerging professionals. As a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), Nora is committed to helping organisations build more inclusive and equitable cultures.

During this interactive session, we will discuss:

• The role of DEIB in creating opportunities for all and amplifying every voice
