This Executive Assistant course is designed to equip you, as an Executive Assistant or Professional Assistant, with the self management techniques required for you to take control of your workday. With a focus on leadership and self-management skills, this Executive Assistant course will provide you with the tools and techniques needed to navigate the modern workplace with ease. You will learn effective self-management techniques to take control of your workday and your career through motivation, emotional intelligence and conscious communication. This Executive Assistant course will teach you how to communicate better with colleagues and key stakeholders ensuring that your are able to work towards and deliver common objectives. In this Executive Assistant course you will also learn how to apply a five stage project management process to streamline and professionalise your projects, and finally improve meeting management with minute taking mastery.

  • Highlighting decisions & layout of action.

Intended Audience

This Executive Assistant course is suitable for, but not limited to, Executive and Personal Assistants, Administrative Coordinators or any administrative staff who are looking to improve their professional skills. This Executive Assistant course is designed for individuals who are in the early stages of their career or those who are looking to move into an administrative role and are in need of training to develop their administrative skills.

Delivery Style

This Executive Assistant course will be delivered as an interactive workshop consisting of an instructor-led lecture, group and individual activities.
