Event Details

The work of Executive or Personal Assistants is diverse and challenging. The role includes administration of sometimes very technical organisational systems, project management and practical support together with relationship building and problem solving across the organisation. The role also requires more personal capabilities: clear communication, tact, skilled ‘customer service’ and exceptional self management.


Staff in these roles also frequently find themselves in situations where they do not have the formal authority for decision-making but carrying some shared responsibility for outcomes.


This program clearly defines the EA/PA role and identifies personal capability, skills and work preferences, and how EAs & PAs can manage the centrally important relationship with their Executive or Senior Manager.
