Overview

CALLING ALL DIRECTORS AND LEADERS in ECE. Strengthen Documentation, Conversations and Practice Through Exceeding-Aligned Language

The Exceeding Themes are powerful — but many educators struggle to articulate how their everyday practice reflects them. This workshop focuses specifically on the language of Exceeding, giving educators the confidence to describe, document, and demonstrate high-quality pedagogy in ways that are clear, consistent, and aligned with ACECQA’s expectations.

Rather than adding more work, this session helps educators recognise the Exceeding practice they are already doing and provides practical language tools to make that practice visible during documentation, team discussions, and Assessment & Rating.

This is the workshop that turns “I don’t know how to explain it” into “I can articulate this with confidence.”
