This workshop is designed specifically for educational leaders, nominated supervisors, and room leaders who want clear, practical ways to lead their teams toward Exceeding-quality practice.

This session breaks down the three Exceeding Themes into simple, actionable leadership steps. You will learn how to uplift your team’s professional language, strengthen documentation, connect practice to theory, and embed high-quality pedagogy consistently throughout your service.
