Every organisation has an employer brand whether they realise it or not. But, does every organisation know what Employer Branding is?

We will be bringing in a number of experts along with members of our community to learn and showcase how to use data and insight to build your brand and recruitment marketing strategy.

Using Australia Post as a case study, Tamara Grigg, Head of Marketing and Customer Success at VideoMyJob and Rebecca Houghton from BoldHR will talk on:

Building a business case for Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing

They will cover:

  • Recruitment is marketing.

  • The metrics martech investment (or social media?) is judged on.

  • How can we apply this to EB/RM tools.

  • How to identify pain points and attribute a $$ to them (or solve them)

  • How AusPost invest in digital products that improve people experiences (video being one of them)

Our speakers:

Kara McLeod (Employer Brand Specialist, EY) will be speaking on 'Global recruitment brand experience and insights'. Kara will share how EY use data to inform brand and attraction and connecting the dots between corporate and employer brand and what their internal data tells them.

Rebecca Houghton is well known in the Careers industry for a strategic, innovative, yet practical and down to earth approach to leading and transforming talent acquisition, careers and retrenchment services inside large and complex organisations.

Tamara Grigg is a full-stack marketing strategist who loves unravelling inefficient processes, systems and questionable facts. From the rubble (She is not averse to mixed metaphors either) she will build a streamlined and robust sales and marketing operation that delivers on business objectives.
