Do you feel like you are short on time to look after yourself? Feeling stressed or overwhelmed by long, busy days?

Mindfulness is a tool that is available to all of us and can help you feel less stressed. Just a couple of minutes of mindfulness each day can start to help you deal with the stresses of daily life.
Join Bethany in learning how to look after yourself in a different way and find out about the gift of being present.
