Carer Gateway is pleased to invite you to join our coaching workshop: Everyday Life: Navigating the Daily Challenges of Your Caring Role. This session will be held online, so join from the comfort of your own home!

This workshop will be led by one of our experienced Carer Coaches who will help you reflect on the tasks required in your caring role, how you respond when things change, and the impact that ‘keeping it all together’ can have on your wellbeing. You will also have the opportunity to meet and connect with other carers who understand the joys and challenges of being a carer.

Please note: This event is open to Australian residents living in Queensland or South-Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains regions in New South Wales, Australia only. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants).
