The 28 Day Challenge provides an easy to follow guide to training, eating, recovering and goal
setting like an athlete so our members feel strong, fit and ready for the year ahead. In this workshop we'll set some goals, answer questions, give you the challenge worksheets and explain the challenges/prizes!
