Would you like to know what to do to keep your heart healthy? Are you looking for an exercise program that is convenient, social and free? Come to an information session given by the Heart Foundation and learn some interesting facts about heart health, and how to join or start up a Heart Foundation walking group in your neighbourhood. The first five people to register will receive a Keepcup mug!

- Please arrive 10 mins early to allow time to check in; this assists the program to run on schedule.
