This workshop is for staff and community members who are involved in a Backbone Organisation tasked with implementing Place-Based Approaches to reduce social disadvantage. Of our 101 strategic tools, you will be introduced to the following 10 tools:

Through the use of practice scenarios, instructions and tools, you will have the opportunity to explore and build evaluation capacity to inform your learning community and build a body of evidence to demonstrate quality improvement.

Dr Lyn Alderman: Lyn is the former Chief Evaluator, Department of Social Services. Her 35 years of experience spans several sectors including government, non-profit, corporate, higher education and vocational education. She has a deep disciplinary knowledge of policy design, program evaluation, evaluation frameworks, performance models, monitoring of quality assurance, institutional analytics and curriculum writing.
