As part of the Optimal Wealth Education program, we are delighted to present the next in a series of workshops on the benefits and opportunities available from Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). This will be presented in conjunction with one of Australia’s leading providers being ETF Securities.
According to Moneysmart, ETFs are a low-cost way to earn a return similar to an index or a commodity. They can also help to diversify your portfolio. Some of the ETFs that are currently available, or should be available soon, include:
- Australian & international share indexes
- Different sectors of the market including global technology, robotics and automation, biotech and finance
- Thematic investments including Battery Technology and Lithium and clean energy
- Ethical and responsible Investments
- Precious metals and commodities including Gold and Silver

Chad Hitzeman-Senior Business Development Manager, ETF Securities
Chad is an ETF specialist and is responsible for servicing financial advisers, private banks and asset consultants across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. He joined ETF Securities in 2017. Chad is also a regular presenter on ETFs including on most business channels. Chad holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of International Relations.
John Walker - Optimal Wealth Solutions
John is the Founder & Principal of Optimal Wealth Solutions and a Certified Financial Planner providing bespoke advice to clients on wealth creation and protection strategies.
