- Essentials: Espresso
Learn to prepare high-quality milk and prepare all beverages on an espresso menu.
Learning outcomes include
- Refresher: setup of grinder w/ recipe
- Milk Steaming
- Milk pouring / basic latte art
- Café menu production
- Coffee service standards
- Workflow Practice time
Duration: 3 hours – 70% hands on
Class size: 6 people
The session is held at a Grinders Coffee Training Centre.
