Essential Raw Food Workshop

Come and join chef and founder of The Essential Emporium, Kitty Rees, along with talented raw food creator, chef, and founder of Our Wholesome Kitchen, Bec Mullins, for an evening of deliciousness!
We will show you how to make nourishing wholefood snacks quickly and easily, incorporating the worlds finest quality essential oils. Learn how to make and take home (if they last that long!) the following:
Chocolate Peppermint Bliss Balls
Mini Strawberry and Basil Cheesecake
Pear and Ginger Green Smoothie
Cinnamon Coconut Granola
The workshop will include a booklet with recipes for the above products
What you need to bring:
Reusable containers/jars to take your goodies home, including a mason jar/reusable coffee cup/jam jar (vessel with a lid) for your smoothie. You are more than welcome to eat what we make during the workshop, though!
